Carolyn Hall

Candidate for State House District 16

My name is Carolyn Hall, and I’m running to represent the incredible District 16: the Turnagain, Spenard, and Sand Lake neighborhoods.

Alaska has been more than just a home to me — it's been a place of immense opportunity. I’ve grown a successful business, married my husband, Scott, and live in a historic log cabin in Turnagain. Alaska has given me so much, and my decision to run for office is driven by a deep desire to give back to our great state.

I see the challenges we face — our declining fiscal situation, deteriorating education system, and workforce exodus — and I'm determined to make a change. With your support, I'll focus on funding public education, ensuring competitive wages and benefits for state workers, and fixing our structural deficit to build a stronger, better Alaska.
